Myllet Arms - Pub & Carvery

94 Western Ave, Perivale, Greenford UB6 8TE, UK – 020 8997 4624

Great value and venue. Attention to detail can be hit and miss. The absence of reserved markings for our party area seems to point to an oversight. They subsequently had 2 barstaff taking orders from a party of 25 while regular punters huffed at the long waits. If they hadn't forgotten they would probably had an extra staff member or 2. Still enjoyed it though.

Carvery here can be good one day only ok the next. The meat is always good but the selection of veg can be poor... It's nice that they have a choice of 3 sizes of plate.

Green Man Pub and Hotel

Dagmar Ave, Wembley HA9 8DF, UK – 020 8903 1441

🍺🍷 Only went there as it was one of the pubs allocated to us for both the FA Cup Semi Final and Final. Huge beer garden that gets absolutely packed. A separate bar is opened outside to make it a little easier to get served, but on match days expect a wait as you would expect anywhere else. Good atmosphere and a great way to build up to the match.

I can't speak for non footballing occasions but on match day it's great. Visited before the FA cup final as it was an allocated pub for United fans. It was rammed but beer was easy enough to get and they'd even set up extra bars outside. Will certainly make this my first stop on any subsequent Wembley away days if we get allocated it.

The Castle

30 West St, Harrow HA1 3EF, UK – 020 8422 3155

Absolutely lovely place! Very well preserved traditional British pub near the Harrow School, located slightly off the main road but at a really quite spot. We visited Monday afternoon lunch and loved the sandwiches and salads. Good variety for vegetarians too. They have many evening entertainment options so a good place to visit overall.

Different to the usual pubs in a good way. Been here multiple times and will continue to. Would have been 5 star, but on the recent visit was told to relocate from the restaurant area and eat at a different table as we had a dog with us. This was understandable - except we were directed to go to the restaurant at the back upon entering. I would say just be clear and correct where we need to sit at outset.
